Description

Ma Maison (มา เมซอง โฮเต็ล ภูเก็ต) is a low-rise, tranquil boutique hotel built in 2007 and later refurbished. It has around 11 rooms and bungalows arranged around a central outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas.

Deluxe and king rooms have extra-long king-sized beds, air conditioning, a flat-screen cable TV, a DVD player, a mini-bar, a safe, free Wi-Fi and a private bathroom with a hydromassage or walk-in shower. Most rooms open directly onto the poolside terrace.

The on-site restaurant and poolside lounge bar serve Thai and French dishes. The hotel also arranges in-room Thai and oil massage, bicycle rental, tour bookings, island excursions and diving trips, and offers airport shuttle transfers on request for an extra charge.

Neighbourhood

The hotel is in a quiet coastal village setting, within walking distance of convenience stores, pharmacies, massage parlours, local seafood restaurants and beach clubs.

Getting there

The hotel is at 82/32 Moo 3, Bang Tao Beach, Cherngthalay, Thalang, Phuket, a few steps from the southern end of Bang Tao Beach. From Phuket International Airport it is about 21–22 km, roughly 30–40 minutes by car.

By car or taxi, take Route 402 (Thepkrasattri Road) south, then turn onto Route 4025/4030 towards Choeng Thale and Bang Tao Beach, and follow the local beach access roads into Moo 3. The hotel can arrange an airport transfer on request for a surcharge. Free parking is available on site.
