Naina Resort & Spa is a reasonably priced resort with a spa on Sainamyen Road in a quieter part of Patong, Phuket. Dogs and cats are accepted on request in designated rooms, for a nightly fee.

The pet fee is about THB 200–300 per pet per night, paid at the front desk at check-in, and a refundable cash deposit of THB 2,000 is required. No weight limit or maximum number of pets is published; each request is confirmed by the hotel.
Pets are allowed only in certain room types, such as designated Deluxe rooms. They can be walked on a leash in the garden, terrace and picnic areas, and the Arunsoms Dog Run is about 1.1 km away.
Please follow the rules, be polite and considerate, and do not leave pets unattended unless you have agreed this in advance with the staff.
Naina Resort & Spa is a 4-star resort with 120 air-conditioned rooms in several low-rise buildings. Room types are Superior, Deluxe, Grand Deluxe, Grand Deluxe with direct pool access and Family rooms, all with a private balcony, flat-screen cable TV, fridge, safe and free Wi-Fi.
Ton Khaw Spa offers Thai massage, body scrubs and wraps, and there is also a dry sauna, a steam room, a fitness centre and two hot tubs. Outside are a large swimming pool and a separate children's pool.
Naina Restaurant serves Thai and international dishes, with a poolside bar and lounge. Unusually, the resort also has its own boxing stadium and training area.
The resort is in a quieter residential area at the foot of the Patong hills, with convenience stores, laundries and small cafés and eateries within walking distance.

The resort is on Sainamyen Road in Patong, Kathu, at the foot of the Patong hills, about a 10-minute drive from the beach.
Phuket International Airport is about 32 km away, roughly 45–50 minutes by taxi, private car or ride-hailing car. The resort offers a 24-hour airport transfer on request for an extra charge.
By car from Phuket Town or the airport road, head west towards Kathu, descend into Patong on Phra Barami Road (Route 4029), then turn south towards Sainamyen Road. Free on-site parking is available, including space for larger vehicles.
