Because the units are privately managed, you must declare your pet in the special requests when booking, so confirm size, weight limits, and pet numbers with the host.
The studios and villas have tiled floors and private balconies, which suit pets. The grounds have a shared landscaped garden and sun terraces, and the quiet soi outside is good for walking dogs.
Please follow the rules, be polite and considerate, and do not leave pets unattended unless you have agreed this in advance with the staff.
The Nine Refined Retreats is a set of privately managed serviced apartments and villas in a quiet residential complex that shares its site with the Utopia Naiharn development. It suits independent travellers, families and pet owners who want a self-catering stay.
Units range from Deluxe King Studios of about 42 sqm and Duplex Studios to a Two-Bedroom Villa of about 150 sqm. All have soundproof walls, air conditioning, a private balcony or terrace with pool or mountain views, free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a work desk and a walk-in shower. Kitchenettes or kitchens come with a fridge, microwave, toaster and kitchenware, and some units have a washing machine.
Guests can use two outdoor pools, including a fenced rooftop pool and a children's pool, a gym, a spa with massages, a sauna, a lift and an on-site mini-market.
The property is in a quiet, green residential part of southern Phuket, away from heavy traffic but a few minutes from beachside restaurants, cafés and markets.

From Phuket International Airport it is about 37–47 km south, roughly 1–1.5 hours by car. Follow Route 402 south through Phuket Town or via the Chalong roundabout onto Viset Road (Route 4024), then turn onto Soi Suan Wat towards Nai Harn.
Taxis, Grab or Bolt cars, private airport transfers and rented cars or scooters are the easiest ways to get there. Free private parking is available on site.
