The Pela Resort is a reasonably priced boutique resort near Kamala Beach, Phuket, with two pools and a restaurant. It accepts one small dog or cat under 7 kg per room, in selected two-bedroom suites and villas.
Price range: about THB 1,200–3,500 a night.

Selected suites, villas
Small dogs and cats weighing under 7 kg are accepted, with one pet per room. Pets are allowed only in selected two-bedroom suites and villas. The pet fee is THB 500 per pet per night, and a THB 1,000 security deposit is collected on arrival. Service animals are exempt from the fee.
Pets are not permitted in the swimming pools, restaurant, steam room or lobby, and must be on a leash on the grounds and outdoor paths. Guests must show a pet ID and a valid vaccination record at check-in.
Please follow the rules, be polite and considerate, and do not leave pets unattended unless you have agreed this in advance with the staff.
The Pela Resort is an intimate, Art Deco-inspired boutique resort with roughly 15 to 20 individually decorated rooms, suites and pool villas set around quiet tropical gardens.
Accommodation has private balconies or patios, a refrigerator, minibar, flat-screen cable TV and en-suite bathroom. There are two outdoor swimming pools, including a children's pool and sunbathing area, plus an herbal steam room and massage services.
The restaurant overlooks the pool and gardens and serves Thai and European dishes and breakfast. A tour desk, concierge, motorbike and car rental and laundry are also available.
Kamala has a quieter, more relaxed coastal feel than neighbouring Patong. Within a 2 to 10 minute walk are 24-hour convenience stores, local fruit markets, pharmacies, massage parlours and cafés.

The resort is at 10/33 Moo 6, Kamala Beach, Kathu, Phuket, just off the main road near Big C Market Kamala. From Phuket International Airport it is about 19–24.5 km, a 35 to 45 minute drive. Taxis and ride-hailing apps (Grab, Bolt) run from the airport or Phuket Town along Route 402 and Route 4025 south towards Kamala Beach.
A 24-hour round-trip airport shuttle is offered for an extra charge and must be booked at least 48 hours ahead. Free on-site parking is available.
