Dogs and cats are accepted in designated pet-friendly units, generally small pets up to 5 kg, with up to two pets per room. Pet units are usually on the ground floor or have private balconies or terraces.
Bookings managed by the hotel often require a refundable pet deposit of about THB 5,000 per stay. Units let by private hosts may charge a cleaning or utility fee instead, or no separate charge. Because the complex is a condominium, the building management must be told about pets in advance; confirm the terms for your unit before booking.
Pets are not allowed in the shared pools or in the dining areas. The landscaped open-air grounds are pleasant for short walks, and Nai Harn Lake, about 600–700 m away, is a popular place to walk and exercise dogs.
Please follow the rules, be polite and considerate, and do not leave pets unattended unless you have agreed this in advance with the staff.
