Anantara Hua Hin Resort was designed by landscape architect Bill Bensley and is the original flagship of the Anantara brand. It covers 14 acres of landscaped beachfront and is laid out as a low-rise traditional Thai village around lotus-filled lagoons, stone paths and mature tropical gardens.
The resort has 190 rooms and suites with teakwood furnishings and private balconies or terraces. Facilities include direct beach access, two outdoor pools (one beachfront, one lagoon), the Anantara Spa, floodlit tennis courts and a fitness centre.
Dining includes Baan Thalia for Italian food on the beach, Rim Nam for Thai dishes and Sala Siam for cocktails. Private airport transfers and limousines can be arranged through the resort.
The resort is on the quieter northern stretch of the Hua Hin coast, with calm beach frontage and the town centre within easy reach.
