The villa is rented to one party at a time, so pets stay in the villa with their owners. There is a private enclosed garden, an outdoor terrace and a poolside area.

Description

My Orchid HuaHin is a detached single-storey private pool villa of about 96 m² for up to 6 guests, inside the gated Orchid Paradise Homes community. It has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (two with queen beds and one with an adjustable queen bed) and 1 to 2 bathrooms.

Outside there is a private saltwater swimming pool with bench seating and lighting, an outdoor shower, two sunbeds, a shaded outdoor dining area, barbecue facilities and a small tropical garden.

Inside, the living room has fast Wi-Fi and streaming TV, and there is a work desk and an open kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, hobs, large fridge-freezer, rice cooker and cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and vacuum cleaner are provided. Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 6 am; parties and indoor smoking are not allowed, and electricity is metered and paid separately at check-out.

Neighbourhood

The villa is inland in a calm, hilly residential area, away from the noise of the main highway. The gated community has its own restaurant and minimarket.

For Art's Sake (about 3.7 km): a 4D art museum.
Wang Klai Kangwon Palace (about 6 km): a 10-minute drive.

Khao Hin Lek Fai Viewpoint (about 15 minutes by car): a hilltop view over the town and the Gulf of Thailand.

Getting there

The villa is in Moo 7, Orchid Paradise Homes, Hin Lek Fai, Hua Hin. By car from Bangkok, take Route 35 (Rama II) and join Highway 4 (Phetkasem Road) towards Hua Hin, about 2.5 to 3 hours. At the Hua Hin bypass or northern entrance, turn inland towards Hin Lek Fai on Pala-U Road (Route 3218).

From the centre of Hua Hin or the railway station, head west along Chomsin Road and Route 3218, about 6 to 7 km or 10 to 15 minutes by car. Hua Hin Airport (HHQ) is about 7 to 12.6 km away, roughly 15 to 20 minutes by taxi or car. Free private parking is available at the villa.
