Sivana Gardens Pool Villas is a gated community of premium private pool villas in the Khao Tao area of southern Hua Hin. Dogs and cats are accepted, usually one or two per villa, for a fee.

Price range: about THB 3,500–6,500 a night, or about THB 45,000–55,000 a month long term.

Dogs and cats are permitted, with a maximum of one or two pets per villa depending on the rental operator. The usual guideline is a weight limit of about 10–15 kg per pet; some hosts accept larger dogs with prior approval and a higher fee.

Pet fees are typically about THB 500 per pet per night for pets up to 10 kg, or up to THB 800 per night for heavier pets, and some platforms cap the total at THB 4,500 per stay. A refundable cash damage deposit of THB 3,000–5,000 is taken at check-in. Rules differ between operators, so confirm with your host before booking.

Pets stay in the rented two- or three-bedroom villa, each with a walled private garden and enclosed pool terrace, and the quiet estate roads are good for walks. Pets are generally not allowed in the communal indoor facilities, the shared swimming pool or the clubhouse dining areas.

Description

Sivana Gardens Pool Villas is a gated estate of 54 pool villas on about 18 rai (28,800 square metres), completed in 2016 by Bangkok Living Development. It works both as a residential community and as short- and long-term holiday rentals, and each villa is detached and walled for privacy.

The modern single-storey homes come in two-bedroom (about 100–169 square metres) and three-bedroom (about 136–240 square metres) layouts. Each has a private saltwater pool, a large covered terrace, an open-plan island kitchen, high ceilings and big windows, and many have a private rooftop sun terrace with views of the hills.

Residents and guests share a clubhouse with a large communal pool, fitness centre, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. The estate has 24-hour security with CCTV, and every villa has its own covered carport.

Neighbourhood

The estate lies at the foot of the Khao Tao hills in a quiet, scenic residential area away from heavy traffic, a few minutes' drive from the beaches.

Wat Khao Tao and Khao Tao Reservoir (about 3 km): a hillside temple and lake.

Getting there

The address is 8, 1874 Soi Hua Hin 126, Tambon Nong Kae, Hua Hin, Prachuap Khiri Khan.

By car from central Hua Hin, drive south on Route 4 (Phetkasem Road) towards Pranburi for about 6.7 km, passing Vana Nava Water Jungle and then Rajabhakti Park. Turn right into Soi Hua Hin 126, continue about 170 m, turn right at the junction and go straight for about 850 m. The entrance to Sivana Gardens is on the left.

Free parking is provided in each villa's private carport, with extra spaces near the clubhouse and entrance.
