Dogs and cats may stay with guests, inside the villa with their owners. Each villa is walled, and the quiet roads inside the gated estate are good for leashed dog walks.

The pet fee is about THB 500 per pet per night for short stays. For stays of more than seven nights there is usually a flat fee of THB 4,500–5,000 per stay. A refundable damage deposit may be requested at check-in, depending on the booking terms.

Small and medium pets are broadly welcome, but weight and number limits depend on the villa owner and booking agent. Tell the management the breed, size and number of your pets in advance.

Each villa has a private patio, garden and pool terrace, and the estate has landscaped garden paths and a designated off-leash pet area.

Please follow the rules, be polite and considerate, and do not leave pets unattended unless you have agreed this in advance with the staff.

Description

Sivana HideAway Villas (ศิวานา ไฮด์อเวย์) is a gated estate of modern pool villas built by Bangkok Living Development and completed around late 2019. It has more than 40 detached single-storey villas, used both as homes and as holiday rentals.

Villas have three to five bedrooms in an open-plan contemporary style, with high ceilings and large glass sliding doors. Each has a private infinity-edge saltwater pool, a large covered terrace, a fully equipped Western kitchen with an island, walk-in wardrobes, en-suite bathrooms and space for a barbecue.

The estate has 24-hour security, a clubhouse with a shared lagoon pool, a gym, the Eat@Sivana bar and restaurant, and a concierge desk that helps with tours.

Neighbourhood

The estate is in the quiet, low-density foothills of Khao Tao, away from town traffic. Beaches, a lake and shops are a short drive away rather than a walk.

Khao Tao Beach and Sai Noi Beach (about 3 km): about 5 minutes by car.
Khao Tao Reservoir (about 5 minutes by car): a lake and reservoir.
Suan Son Pradiphat Beach (7–10 minutes by car): a beach to the north.
Rajabhakti Park (8–10 minutes by car): a large park along Phetkasem Road.
Khao Takiab Beach and temple (10–12 minutes by car): the beach and hill temple.
Hua Hin town centre and Market Village (about 11–13 km): shopping and restaurants.

Getting there

The address is 8/2154 Soi Hua Hin 126, Nong Kae, Hua Hin, in the Khao Tao area south of the town.

By car from Bangkok, take Highway 35 (Rama II Road) or Route 4 south past central Hua Hin towards Khao Tao. Turn right from Phetkasem Road into Soi Hua Hin 126 and follow it inland for about 1.5–2 km to the estate entrance. The trip is about 230 km, 3–3.5 hours. Each villa has its own carport for one or two cars, and there are shared bays near the clubhouse.

By train, get off at Khao Tao Railway Station, about 1.1 km from the estate, or at Hua Hin Railway Station, about 13–15 km away, then take a taxi or Grab.
