The Phen House is a small, family-run, reasonably priced guesthouse in a quiet lane near Hua Hin Beach, central Hua Hin. Dogs and cats stay free of charge, in tiled rooms with balconies.

Dogs and cats are welcome free of charge, with no standard pet fee. No separate pet deposit is billed, though the usual rules on room damage apply.
No weight limits are published, and guests often stay with small and medium pets. If you are bringing several pets or a large dog, confirm with the hotel when booking.
Rooms have tiled floors for easy cleaning and private balconies, with space for a crate or pet bed. The guesthouse has a leafy compound and a rooftop terrace, and Hua Hin Beach is a 1–2 minute walk away for walks on the sand.
Please follow the rules, be polite and considerate, and do not leave pets unattended unless you have agreed this in advance with the staff.
The Phen House (เพ็ญ เฮาสท์) is a low-rise, family-run guesthouse with around 12 rooms, set among mature trees. It has a relaxed feel and is well liked by travellers with pets.
Rooms have air conditioning, a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV, a dining table and a private balcony with garden or distant sea views. Each has a small kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. There is no lift.
Guests get free Wi-Fi, a shared rooftop sun deck with sea views, and free fruit such as bananas and mangoes, plus snacks from the hosts each day.
The guesthouse is in a quiet, leafy residential lane with little traffic, right by the beach and within walking distance of shops and restaurants in central Hua Hin.

The guesthouse is at 143/33 Soi Ban Na Ranong (Soi Hua Hin 75/1), central Hua Hin, at the beach end of the lane.
By car, follow Highway 35 (Rama II Road) or Highway 4 (Phetkasem Road) south into Hua Hin. Turn east towards the beach into Soi Hua Hin 75/1, almost opposite Bangkok Hospital Hua Hin, and continue down the lane towards the shore. Free parking is on site, but spaces are limited, so tell the guesthouse in advance if you are coming by car.
Hua Hin Railway Station is about 2–2.8 km away; take a taxi or green songthaew along Phetkasem Road to Soi 75/1. The Hua Hin Bus Terminal is about 700 m–1 km away, a short songthaew or tuk-tuk ride.
