Dogs and cats are welcome under the resort's pet guidelines. Pet rooms are on a dedicated floor (the 3rd floor) with separate corridors for guests with allergies. A maximum of two pets is allowed per room.

The standard fee is about THB 1,500 net per pet per night. Under the official Pets Pleasant Package, the first pet stays free and each additional pet costs THB 1,000 net per night.

The standard weight limit is 10 kg per pet. Some packages or approvals accept pets up to 20 kg, so confirm with the hotel before booking.

By private car from Bangkok or Suvarnabhumi Airport, take Highway 7 (Bangkok–Chonburi Motorway) south-east towards Pattaya and Rayong. Join Highway 36 or Highway 3 (Sukhumvit Road) towards Klaeng or Chanthaburi, then turn onto Route 3161 (Pae–Klaeng–Kram Road) straight towards Wang Kaew Beach. The drive takes about 2 to 2.5 hours (about 205 km) from Bangkok or Suvarnabhumi, and about 1 to 1.5 hours (about 90 km) from Pattaya.

By public transport, take a bus or passenger minivan from Bangkok's Eastern Bus Terminal (Ekkamai) to Ban Phe or Klaeng. From either town, hire a local taxi or songthaew (pick-up truck taxi) to the resort, about 10 to 15 minutes.

Free on-site parking is available for all guests, including garage, open outdoor, accessible and valet parking.
