Monkey Flower Villas is a boutique luxury retreat, established in 2010 and renovated in 2022. It blends modern eco-luxury design with the granite boulders of Koh Tao, and each villa is fully self-contained and private.
The Orchid Villa is a premier multi-bedroom villa with an award-winning infinity pool, high ceilings, rooftop bridge access and panoramic ocean views. The Gardenia Villa is a three-storey, five-bedroom home with an infinity pool, colour-changing lights, an over-water chair swing, a full kitchen and a private yard. The Bougainvillea Villa is a mid-sized villa with a private infinity pool and rock waterfall, a private loft and jungle-to-ocean views.
All villas have full kitchens or kitchenettes, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, daily housekeeping and concierge support. Guests also receive a complimentary 24-hour island shuttle and driver service.
The villas are in the quieter hillside area just north of Sairee Beach, with elevated sea views and ocean breezes, close to island activities.

Fly to Koh Samui, Surat Thani or Chumphon, then take a ferry or catamaran, such as Lomprayah or Seatran, to Mae Haad Pier, the island's main port.
The property provides a complimentary pick-up and drop-off service from Mae Haad Pier. The villa driver meets arriving guests at the pier and drives them up the hillside north of Sairee Beach, about 10–15 minutes.
