Sand Sea Beach Resort is a reasonably priced three-star beachfront resort on Lamai Beach, Koh Samui. Dogs and cats up to 10 kg are accepted for a fee, only in selected detached villas and suites.

Dogs and cats are allowed for THB 600 per pet per night, up to a maximum weight of 10 kg per pet. Up to 2 pets per room are usually accepted; confirm in advance with the resort.
Pets are allowed only in the detached ground-level units: the Royal Suite Beach Front, the Superior Garden Villa and the Deluxe Garden Villa. They are not allowed in the standard rooms in the multi-storey buildings.
Pets can walk in the landscaped tropical gardens and along Lamai Beach, and must be on a leash in shared public and dining areas.
Please follow the rules, be polite and considerate, and do not leave pets unattended unless you have agreed this in advance with the staff.
Sand Sea Beach Resort (โรงแรมแซนด์ ซี บีช รีสอร์ท) is a three-star beachfront resort with 49 to 74 accommodations. They range from low-rise hotel rooms with garden or ocean views to detached traditional Thai-style villas, including Superior and Deluxe Garden Villas and beachfront suites.
Facilities include an outdoor swimming pool with a children's section and poolside bar, and the Seashells Restaurant & Bar, which serves Thai dishes, fresh seafood and Western food facing the sea. There is traditional Thai massage and open-air beach massage, a tour desk, motorbike and car rental, laundry and free Wi-Fi throughout the grounds.
The resort is on the quieter northern stretch of Lamai Beach, with direct beach access and the shops, bars and convenience stores of central Lamai within walking distance.

The address is 155 Maret, Koh Samui, on Lamai Beach. From Samui Airport (USM) it is about 9 to 14 km, a 20 to 30 minute drive, by resort transfer, airport taxi or ride-hailing app (Grab or NaviGo).
Ferries from Surat Thani arrive at Nathon or Lipa Noi piers, 18 to 25 km away, a 35 to 45 minute drive. Take a shared red songthaew towards Lamai, or a pier taxi along the 4169 Ring Road to the Maret and Lamai beach entrance. Free self-parking is available on site.
