YIU Villas offers private beachfront villas in two- and three-bedroom layouts, set directly on the sand of Baan Tai Beach. The relaxed, peaceful setting suits families, long stays and watersports fans, especially kiteboarders and windsurfers.
The three-bedroom villa has king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers and bidets, and a spacious living room with a flat-screen satellite TV and fast Wi-Fi. The fully equipped Western kitchen has an oven, microwave, large refrigerator, kettle, blender, cookware and an indoor dining table.
Outside there is a 12-metre infinity pool facing the sea, sun loungers, a shaded sala lounge, a barbecue and steps down to the beach. Free private parking is provided on site.
The villas stand on the central to southern coast of Ban Tai, between Thong Sala and the southern tip of the island. The area has beach clubs, kiteboarding schools, Muay Thai gyms, 24-hour convenience stores and local restaurants.
