bambi is 15 and his teeth smell so bad

Bambi is 15 years old, very old poodle, and his breath is really bad, like rotten meat when he comes close. He still eats kibble but drops it sometimes. Silom condo, the lift guy always says dog smell lol. Is it the teeth or his stomach? I dont want him to go under anesthesia for teeth cleaning, he is so old.

   Bad breath at that age usually means teeth or gum disease. Ask your vet for a dental check. Most older dogs can handle a cleaning with a proper pre-op blood test. Kibble helps a bit but not as much as brushing.
