Dog very old, cannot bathe on his own, what kind of shampoo

Tong Tong is 12 now and his skin is very dry and flakey. The grooming shop near Chatuchak market wanted too much money for a bath, so I do it at home. Which kind of shampoo is okay for an old dog with dry skin? Human shampoo is not allowed I think.

   Oatmel shampoo for dogs is good for dry skin. Please use dog shampoo only, human one is too acid. Also dry the body well after bath, dachshund gets cold back quick. If skin still flaky after two weeks, see vet for check, may be allergy or thyroid.
