My frenchie Oreo is 7 now and her wrinkles smell really bad even after a bath. I clean with wet tissue every day but it still happens. She also licks her paws a lot. It is very hot and humid in Thonburi in the summer, maybe that is the reason? I do not want to take her to the vet for every small thing.

Try drying the folds with a dry towel after cleaning, they must be fully dry or bacteria grows. Wipe with a vet-approved wipe, not baby wipes. Paw licking is often allergy, so check the food and maybe ask the vet for a test. Hot weather makes it worse for sure.
We had the same with a bulldog, the cause was moisture plus too much cleaning with soap. Keep it clean with plain water and dry it well. If it still smells after that, the vet can check for yeast.
Maybe it is yeast. My mixed dog had it and the vet gave cream. Do not bathe too much, it makes the skin dry.
Yes the fold have to be dried good, I use a cotton pad with some liquid from the vet. Also check her skin there for redness or little blisters. Is important to check her ears too, French bulldogs have ear problems also. Gute Besserung for Oreo!
