condo juristic office says no more cats?? help

Juristic office sends letter saying pets must register and cat needs to stay inside. Pepper go on balcony sometimes and they say it bother neighbour. Can they really kick me out? My contract is 1 year and i pay a lot for this room.

   First check the rules in your contract and the building regulations, they usually say pets are allowed with registration. About the balcony, keep a net on it and the complaints usually stop. If they still push, ask the juristic office to write down the rule in writing.

   ถ้าในสัญญาเขียนว่าห้ามเลี้ยงสัตว์ก็ต้องทำตามนะคะ แต่ถ้าแค่แจ้งให้ลงทะเบียนสัตว์เลี้ยง ไปยื่นเรื่องที่นิติได้เลย จะมีใบอนุญาตให้ค่ะ
