We have 2 dogs and a cat in a small condo and training is a nightmare. Milky (puppy) keeps chasing Prada around and Namkhaeng just barks at everyone in the lift. I want them all to come when called but I'm not sure where to start with 3 different animals.

The best way is one by one. Practice recall in the empty hallway at night, reward big every time. For Milky start with 5 metres then 10. Namkhaeng is more barky so teach a quiet cue first, then recall. Don't call them when they are doing something fun, only when they are already coming to you. Cats can learn recall too, just takes longer. Be consistent and it will work.
Start with Milky and treats, one at a time. Dont try three at once. Use the same word every time. Prada cat not gonna come for recall, so teach her with a clicker and small treats in another room.
Honestly I'd use a long line for the puppy and go slow. Cat training is a separate thing, use a clicker. Good luck with the lift dog.
