ตอนนั้นประมาณเดือนกันยา ฝนตกหนักมาก ผมกลับจากงานดึกเกือบสี่ทุ่ม เจอหมาตัวเปียกๆ นั่งอยู่ใต้เสาไฟหน้าปากซอย มันไม่หนีเลย แค่มองมาแล้วกระดิกหางนิดนึง
ตอนแรกว่าจะไม่ยุ่ง แต่พอกลับมาอีกทีมันยังนั่งอยู่ที่เดิม เลยเอาเสื้อกันฝนไปคลุมให้ แล้วพาไปหาหมอตอนเช้า หมอบอกเป็นมอลทีสประมาณปีกว่า ตอนแรกผมจะตั้งชื่อตามต้นมะขามที่มันชอบนอน แต่สุดท้ายเรียกน้ำค้าง เพราะตอนเจอมันเปียกจนเหมือนโดนน้ำค้างทั้งตัว
มาเม่ น้องหมาเดิมที่บ้าน ยังไม่ค่อยยอมรับ ทำหน้าบึ้งใส่ทุกวัน แต่ตอนกลางคืนก็นอนพิงกันอยู่ตรงโซฟา ผมว่ามันจะยอมเองในที่สุด

@Namwan Papa wow the rain story is so sad but I'm glad he found a home with you. Namkhang is a good name btw, very Thai.

Hope Namkhang is ok after the vaccine. Did the doctor check for mites? Dogs on the street often have ticks, our Max got some from the soi when he was small. Let us know how he is doing.

Good job papa. Street animals always need one person to say yes first. Noodle was also found under a car in Ratchada, now she is the boss of the house lol.

btw anyone know good place for dog food near Ratchada? the big one close already, need find new. Kai Tun very picky with food so must check first.

Nice work papa. I think for street dog need check tick and rabies shot before home, not only bring to vet when sick. Also I not sure about Namkhang name, but is ok. Maybe you can change later. Dog name should be easy to call for Mame.
