Found small white dog near Sukhumvit Soi 39

This morning I found a small white fluffy dog, maybe a Pomeranian mix, sitting alone outside a building near Sukhumvit Soi 39. He looks young, is clean and groomed, and has no collar, so he is probably someone's pet who slipped out. He is a little scared but eating well, and he is staying with me in my apartment for now.
