Adopting a puppy next month, what to train first?

I'm adopting a puppy next month and I have never trained a dog before. My condo allows dogs under 10kg but the juristic office already sent a notice about barking. What's the first thing I should teach?

Start with a routine. Same time for walk, meals and sleep. Puppies bark a lot when bored or hungry so this fixes half of the problem. For sit use a treat, then mark with yes when they do it. Ask a trainer for the barking part, because the juristic office will remember complaints.

Barking at night is normal for puppy but you must train when it is quiet, give snack when it stop barking. Do not give snack when it is barking. Sit training is easy with treat, 1 week it can learn.

Sit is easy: lure with food above the nose and they sit. Also get a crate or a bed so the pup has a place to go. Barking at 5am, honestly, the neighbours might just have to put up with a bit of it for the first month.
