Thor hated tooth brushing at first, he would just bite the brush and run away. We started with a finger brush and tuna flavour gel, and now he thinks it is a treat. Only 2 minutes, and we do it in the evening on the sofa. The vet says the tartar build up is normal for his age, so the brushing is worth it. Do it little by little, not all at once.
