Kittipat Suthirakโมจิเป็นปั๊กตัวเมียอายุ 5 ขวบ หน้าสั้นหายใจไม่ค่อยสะดวก เลยต้องระวังเรื่องความร้อนเป็นพิเศษ ตอนไปหัวหินเมื่ออาทิตย์ก่อน ผมเลือกเที่ยวช่วงเช้ากับเย็น เอาร่มกับผ้าเย็นติดไปด้วย ทรายร้อนมาก ผมเลยพกรองเท้าเล็กๆ ให้โมจิใส่ตอนเดินไปเอาน้ำ และไม่ให้เธออยู่กลางแดดนานเกินไป ถ้าเธอเริ่มหอบหรือเดินช้าลง ก็จะพาเข้าร่มทันที

Those tiny sandals are too cute, Kao Kao would never let me put them on.

A cooling mat and a sun umbrella on the beach made the biggest difference for our dog. The shaded terrace worked well for midday breaks too.

Short-faced dogs definitely need extra care in the heat, so I'm glad you planned around it. Early mornings and evenings sound like the right call for Moji. My bearded dragon Zuzu would refuse to leave the AC, so I'm impressed you two made it work.

We had a similar problem with our pug at Cha-am last summer, the sand got hot enough to bother her paws within minutes. A small mat to put down on the ground saved us.
