tip for condo juristic - ask about pets in writing

When I was looking at condos in Bang Bon I asked the juristic office if dogs were allowed. The guy said yes, no problem. Then I found the rules document and it said small dogs under 5kg with registration. Dont rely on what the sales person says. Ask for the rules in writing and read the pet section, even if you dont have a pet yet. I am only saying this because my friend bought in a building near the BTS and got a letter in month two. Also ask about the deposit for pets in the lift, some buildings charge it. Its a small thing but it saves headaches later.
