Wanted: second-hand cat tree, Sukhumvit area

I am looking for a used cat tree for my indoor cat in the Sukhumvit area. It should be stable, with at least one perch and some sisal or carpet on the posts. Any height works, but a medium one fits best in our apartment. My budget is around 1,200 baht, and I am happy to collect it myself by taxi or Grab if it is not too heavy.
