Looking for calm playmates for my shy dog

My rescue dog is about three years old and quite shy, so he does best with one or two calm, friendly dogs. We are looking for gentle play dates in the Ekkamai area, ideally at a quiet park or a dog-friendly cafe. He is neutered and vaccinated, and he likes sniffing and slow walks more than running.
