Looking for a pet stroller for my elderly dog

My little dachshund Bruno is 13 now and his back legs tire quickly, but he still loves going out and watching the world. I would like a second-hand pet stroller so we can keep our evening walks around Ratchada going. He weighs about 8 kg, so a small to medium stroller is fine. Ideally with a rain or mesh cover, good wheels and a fold-down frame that fits in a taxi. Some wear is no problem as long as it is clean and sturdy. Budget up to 2,000 baht.
