Cozy Tails Pet Hotel

Dogs stay indoors in private air-conditioned suites and get supervised indoor activity sessions every day. They also have access to the outdoor garden and play space. Suites are mainly for small to medium dogs, and some boarding categories accept dogs up to about 15 to 25 kg.

Owners bring their dog's own routine food, which caregivers serve in the room. Dogs must be on a leash, in a carrier or in a stroller when they move through the PetPlearn building's common areas, but they stay off-leash in their private room and in supervised play. Incoming pets must have an up-to-date vaccination book. There are no resident animals and no pet admission fee, and it is not an animal café.

Please follow the rules, be polite and considerate, and do not leave pets unattended unless you have agreed this in advance with the staff.
