Chiang Mai PAO Park is a provincial public park of about 300 rai around the Nong Khieo Reservoir, with jogging tracks, cycling lanes, flower gardens and open lawns. Dogs can walk the grass and lakeside paths on a leash.
The park has a Dog Park zone with agility and skill-training equipment, play lawns and pet-waste disposal stations, opened with Mars Petcare in 2024. It is a public park rather than a pet cafe, so there is no pet menu.
Snack kiosks and food carts stand near the entrances. The site suits owners who want space for their dog to walk, jog or run.
The park is on Cholapatarn Road (Canal Road) in Chang Phueak, Mueang Chiang Mai, directly behind the Chiang Mai Provincial Hall and Civic Centre. It lies near the 700th Anniversary Chiang Mai Sports Complex and Green Lake Resort.
Chiang Mai has no BTS or MRT, so reach the park by car, taxi, red songthaew or ride-hailing. Free outdoor parking for cars and motorbikes is available near the entrance.
