Dogs and cats are allowed in designated pet-friendly guest rooms, on a leash, and vaccination records must be shown at check-in. Up to two pets per room are accepted, each under 20 kg, with a fee of THB 400 per pet per night. Pets must be on a leash in all public areas and on the grounds.

Pets are not allowed in the Citrus Restaurant or the swimming pool area. Water and food bowls are available on request. The hotel has no dog menu, pet pool or grooming service, and no resident animals.

Mercure Chiang Mai is at 183 Chang Phueak Road (Thanon Changhuak), Tambon Si Phum, in Mueang Chiang Mai District. Chiang Mai has no BTS or MRT, so guests reach it by songthaew, city bus, Grab or taxi, or from the Chang Phueak Bus Terminal nearby.
