Dogs are welcome inside on a leash and outside across the garden, according to Pup Cities. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. There is no pet menu, no pet entry fee, and no published size or weight limit. The café is not an animal café and offers no pet boarding.

Please follow the rules, be polite and considerate, and do not leave pets unattended unless you have agreed this in advance with the staff.

Description

FRIENDCATION Cafe is a minimalist white bungalow set in a contemporary green garden, dotted with flowers and photogenic corners. The space is clean, bright and warm, and coffee is the clear speciality, made from carefully selected beans.

The menu covers espresso, pour-over, matcha, signature drinks such as Milky Blue, bakery items such as blueberry crumble and Basque cheesecake, and casual meals including pasta and pad krapow. Indoor air-conditioned seating, garden lawn and semi-outdoor terrace seating are all available, and the café sometimes hosts community events.

Getting there

The café is at 382 Pa-O Soi 1 in Tambon Nang Lae, off Phahonyothin Road (Route 1) in Ban Pa-O. It sits down a narrow soi with signage from the road.

Chiang Rai has no BTS or MRT, so visitors come by private car, motorbike, taxi or Grab. A spacious on-site car park is available.
