Tippawan Resort Pattaya is a budget bungalow-style resort in the quiet Nong Pla Lai area of North Pattaya. Dogs and cats of any size are welcome in the rooms for a small fee, and parking is free.

Dogs and cats of any size are welcome, and several pets are permitted. The fee is THB 200 per pet per stay, and a refundable security deposit of about THB 100 may be collected at check-in. Pets stay in the guest rooms with their owners; exotic pets are not permitted.
Dogs can be walked on a lead in the garden and on the patio terrace. The property has sometimes been shown as temporarily closed on search engines, so call the resort to confirm availability before travelling.
Please follow the rules, be polite and considerate, and do not leave pets unattended unless you have agreed this in advance with the staff.
Tippawan Resort Pattaya (ทิพวรรณ ห้องพักรีสอร์ท พัทยา) is a modest, single-storey, bungalow-style budget resort built around 2015, designed for quiet, low-density stays away from central Pattaya's nightlife.
About eight standalone or semi-detached rooms of around 32 square metres surround a shared courtyard and garden, including Superior Garden Rooms, Deluxe Triple Rooms and family configurations. Rooms have air conditioning, a flat-screen cable TV, a small refrigerator, complimentary bottled water, free Wi-Fi, a private bathroom with hot shower and a private terrace or balcony.
Shared facilities include basic barbecue facilities, daily housekeeping, a 24-hour reception and a garden terrace. Free parking is right outside the rooms.
The resort is in a tranquil, semi-residential, green area of Nong Pla Lai in North Pattaya, away from heavy traffic.

The address is 19/65 Moo 8, Sukhumvit-Pattaya Soi 15 (Yaek 6), Nong Pla Lai, Bang Lamung. By car from Bangkok, take Highway 7 towards Pattaya, join Sukhumvit Road (Route 3) towards Bang Lamung and North Pattaya, turn into Soi 15 and follow the side street into the resort.
From central Pattaya, head north on Sukhumvit Road for about 6 km (10–15 minutes) and turn right into Soi 15. From U-Tapao Airport it is about 40–45 minutes by taxi or car via Route 7; from Suvarnabhumi Airport about 1 hour 20 minutes to 1.5 hours. Your own transport or a ride-hailing app is recommended.
