Dogs are allowed outdoors only, on the grassy lawn, wooden decking and shaded garden seating. Dogs are not allowed in the air-conditioned indoor area. Leashes are required at all times. The cafe charges no pet fee for visiting and publishes no size or weight limit.

Guests staying overnight in the adjoining farmstay villas report a pet fee of THB 500 per night plus a THB 1,000 damage deposit. There is no dog or pet menu. The farm keeps ducks, geese, chickens, goats, fish and rabbits in open viewing enclosures, so leashed dogs should keep a comfortable distance from them.

Please follow the rules, be polite and considerate, and do not leave pets unattended unless you have agreed this in advance with the staff.

Description

The Life Garden Cafe is a Nordic-inspired garden cafe in front of The Life Garden Boutique Farmstay, an organic herbal farm in Hat Chao Samran. The menu highlights Phetchaburi dishes, including khao chae, and freshly baked croffles served with four signature dipping custards: butterfly pea and jasmine, rose, pandan and egg.

Drinks include palm sugar lime soda, butterfly pea lychee soda, organic teas, drip coffee and espresso. The cafe also serves palm sugar chiffon soft-serve and pineapple soft-serve. The garden has a grassy lawn, wooden decking and shaded seating, and the farm's open enclosures hold ducks, geese, chickens, goats, fish and rabbits. Mornings are the coolest time to sit outside.

Getting there

The cafe is in Hat Chao Samran, Mueang Phetchaburi district, about 4 to 5 minutes' drive from Chao Samran Beach and roughly two hours from Bangkok. Reach it via Highway 3177 and Rural Road 4028 toward Hat Chao Samran.

There are no BTS or MRT stations in Phetchaburi Province. Free outdoor parking is available right in front of the cafe.
