Description
Cavalry Centre (Fort Adisorn) is an official riding club and equestrian training division of the Royal Thai Army, based inside Fort Adisorn in Saraburi. It is an affiliated member of the Thailand Equestrian Federation and hosts national competitions, horsemanship training and riding experiences for civilians, military personnel and young riders.
Lessons are offered for beginners, children and adults, with English-style training that focuses on show jumping and dressage. Demonstrations and recreational rides take place on the camp grounds, and tournaments and pony tests are held on site. The club keeps training horses and ponies, and a federation census recorded more than 80 equines on site.
Facilities include outdoor and standard sand arenas, jumping rings, stables and equine care areas, set within a large military compound with a museum and shops. Boarding is mainly for military and registered club horses, and commercial horse sales and tack shops are not run here. It suits those who want structured lessons and competition training.
