Hazel is a twelve-year-old Persian who has never been an outdoor cat, so when I could not find him one evening, I panicked. He had slipped out when the delivery man came in, and I did not notice until dinner.
I searched the soi, checked the car park, and posted his photo in the condo group chat. Our security guard checked the bins and found him asleep in a shady corner near a stack of boxes.
Keep a recent photo on your phone, ask the guards first, and check small spaces. Put a tag with your number on indoor cats too.

Thanks for sharing this one. Reading about searching the soi at night made my heart race a little, so I hope your whole household is calmer now.

I think it's better to keep Hazel indoors but also check the windows, we had one escape through the aircon hole. Hope you found him!
