We travel with Bonbon and Choco Pie to Hua Hin last month and I call around 6 hotels before booking. Some say yes pet friendly but when we arrive they say no dog in the room. So ask this.
Ask if the policy is per dog or per room, and the size limit (some only allow under 10kg, Choco Pie is 25 so we were worried). Ask if the dog can be in the lobby and pool area, not just the room. Ask about extra cleaning fee, we pay 500 baht per night. Also ask if they have a flat area outside for the dog, because Bonbon hates the lift.
Get the confirmation in writing, LINE or email. Save the screenshot, it helps when the front desk changes.

Nous avons eu le même problème avec Kao Kao. Certains hôtels disent oui par téléphone puis non à l'arrivée. Demande toujours par écrit.
