Our Boba was also a stray puppy from the street, he was scared of everything the first week. Took him to the vet on day one and it helped a lot.

I think maybe dont wash him on the first night, he is so small and cold. Otherwise good, my friend had same thing with a puppy and it was okay.

Our Daifuku was a street puppy too. Bathing first and warm food worked for us, he cried all night the first two nights but after that he was ok.
