fireworks at Bophut, what helped

My friend's dog Mango stays with me on some weekends. The fireworks in our area at Bophut start around 8 in the evening and go on for hours, so this is what I do. We go to the quiet room at the back of the flat. Turn on the TV a bit louder than normal and keep the windows closed. A thick blanket on the floor helps her feel safe. Talk with your vet a few weeks before the holiday, they can give you a calming aid if needed. Don't wait until the night.
