first groom at 10 years old lol

Pepper is 10 and a half and I have never taken her to a groomer before, she always looked fine so I never bothered. Then last week she started smelling like a wet carpet and I thought ok, time to go. I found a place in Phaya Thai, got an appointment on the Saturday and dropped her off at 9. Honestly the girl at the desk was really nice, she said Pepper is a good girl and very calm. I definately did not expect that. When I came back she was fluffy and clean and her nails were trimmed. She looked like a different dog, and her tail was going non stop. The groomer said her ears were a bit infected, so I need to recieve some drops to do at home twice a day for a week. Dont say I didnt warn you. The funny bit is that she walked straight past me to the car and sat on the back seat like she owned it. She has been sleeping in the sun ever since and I think she knows she looks good now. She is still a bit grumpy about the nail trim though, she hides under the table whenever I pick up the clippers.
