keeping waffle cool

Waffle is Shih Tzu so she is so hot in Bangkok summer. I put a cooling mat under her bed and ice pack wrapped in towel near the fan. Walk only before 8 am or after 7 pm, the road is too hot and her paws burn. Her tongue is red sometimes so I check that. Lots of water.
