Tip: brushing Kitty teeth (cat), finally works

Kitty is 6 year old Scottish Fold and he hate toothbrush very very much at first. I try many time, he bite me 2 time and I cry lol. What I do now: I use cat toothpaste, not human toothpaste, it can make cat sick (I read this from vet website). Chicken flavour is the one he like. I put a little on my finger first and let him lick it for 1 week before I touch the teeth. He think it is snack time so it work. Then after 2 week I use soft small toothbrush, only 30 second each side. Dont do whole mouth in one time. He is very sensitive on back teeth so I do front first. Important, my friend tell me to check gum every week. If gum is red and smell very bad, go to vet, dont wait. Kitty have tartar before and vet clean it, cost around 3,000 baht, so brushing is cheaper krub. Now I brush 3 time per week, he sleep after and I can not stop laughing because he look so stupid.
