2 cats fighting at night in the condo, cant sleep

Yaya and Bonnie been fighting alot at night, specially around 2am. My room is next to the living room so I cant sleep at all. We got them when they were kittens but Yaya changed after we put in a new cat tree?? Not sure. Mom says just lock them separate, but the condo room is small. Please help, I think this is too much for me now.

   Hello Nitchakan. Cats fighting at night is often about territory. Try to have a separate food bowl and litter box for each cat, plus high places they can go. Playing with them before bed helps a lot, tired cats sleep better. If it keeps happening, check with a vet in case something hurts Yaya.

   maybe yaya is more territory cat. try separate room for sleep at night, give nice toy in morning so they dont get bored. Cat tree new maybe make Yaya feel his place is changed, put it near Bonnie area also so they share
