moving condo with ginger, send help

Ginger has been freaking out since we started packing. He sits in the empty box and wont get out, teh boxes are the only thing he cares about now. Moved to a new condo in On Nut last Thursday. The juristic office wanted the pet form and i had to beg for 20 minutes because I didnt bring the vaccine book. They finaly accepted a photo of it on my phone. In the new unit he hid under the sofa for 3 hours and didnt drink water. Then at night he came out and starred at the window like he was saying ok where are we. Sad but funny. The lift is slow and he hates it. I carry him up and down, my back is dying. Anyone know a good way to get a pug used to the lift? Thank you!
