waffle steals socks

Waffle has a socks problem. Every morning I find 2 or 3 socks in the hallway, always the ones I wear to work because I put them in the laundry basket. She drags them all the way from the bedroom to the front door, like a little burglar. Totoro never does this, he just sits and judges her. Totoro is 3 and a half and he is very big boy, but he is scared of paper. Any paper bag, he runs away. Waffle is 1 year 7 month and she ripped open the whole box of tissue last week, fluffy white tissue all over the bedroom floor. I was so angry but I cannot be angry for long, she look so proud with the tissue on her head lol. We have a rule now, the laundry basket has a lid. The socks are in the cupboard. But she still find a way, she knows how to open the cupboard with her paw. I think we need the child lock, my husband say no because it is too much work. Anyway they are both very funny when they play together. Totoro chases the sock Waffle stole and she runs away with it again. This game is so loud at night and the neighbour downstairs knock on the floor. Sorry neighbour! Next week I want to buy a new box of socks, just for them, so they can have their own.
