客人入住低层独栋平房，带宠物外出很方便。在公共花园区域，宠物应系牵引绳或处于密切看管之下。

Prathana Garden Beach（又名 Baan Prathana Resort，บ้านปรารถนา การ์เด้น บีช รีสอร์ท）是一家安静的小型小屋度假村，占地约 2 莱。约 15 栋独立小屋和平房坐落在树木和园林之间，由步道相连。
客房采用温馨的复古海滨风格，配有白色木制家具、花卉面料和柔和色调。每间客房均设有空调、独立卫浴、私人阳台或露台、有线电视、小冰箱和电热水壶。豪华客房可相互连通，适合家庭或小团体。
这里既是小屋度假村，也提供月租。
度假村位于华欣北部一条安静的住宅巷内，步行可达海滩和王宫一带，商店和医院也只需短途车程。
附近著名地标：
度假村位于华欣北部 Phetkasem 路（4 号公路）旁的 Hua Hin Soi 18/1 10/9 号，在 Klai Kangwon 宫对面一带。
自驾时沿 Phetkasem 路进入华欣北部，转入 Soi 18/1，沿巷子行至 10/9 号。住客可免费停车。
乘公共交通可搭火车、小巴或巴士前往华欣。从市中心或华欣火车站乘绿色双条车或网约车沿 Phetkasem 路向北，在 Soi 18/1 下车。华欣机场车程约 10–15 分钟。
