pet insurance is so confusing 😭

ok so my mom finally signed up for pet insurance for Tuktuk after the thing with her teeth last year, and the forms are literally so long. i had to help her fill it in cause she kept typing the wrong dates lol

the agent on the phone was nice but she talked super fast and i didnt catch half of it. there is a deductible and a co-pay and something called waiting period which i still dont understand. mom just said yes yes yes to everything

we had to upload the vet receipts through the app and it kept saying file too big even though it was like 200kb. i ended up taking a photo of the paper with my phone and it worked on the 3rd try

anyway tuktuk is happy now, shes sleeping on the keyboard right now while i type this. hope it covers her if she gets sick again i guess
