日本語first time leaving moji with a sitter
Moji stayed with a pet sitter for 3 nights while I was in Chiang Rai for my cousin's wedding. I was very nervous, she has never slept away from home before.
The sitter is a lady from my soi and she has 2 dogs of her own. She sent me a photo every morning. Moji ate well and walked 2 times a day. On day 2 she sent a video of Moji sleeping on her bed, I was so happy and also a little sad.
I was thinking maybe I should pay more for the one with the camera. But my mum said no need, the lady is a good person and knows dogs well.
When I came back Moji was very very happy to see me, she jumped and cried. Then she slept the whole afternoon. So I think it was fine.

Good idea to find sitter from the same soi. Make sure to give a written list of food and the vet number. Moji will be okay.

I think a sitter with own pets is good but maybe a daycare is safer than a home sitter, depends on the dog.

I would be carefull, most sitter just give food and walk. ask if she have plan for emergency, like vet close by. moji is lucky anyway

tip: keep cloth with sitter smell before going out, give it to sitter so moji smell it on day 1, it help alot
