ปลาของบ้านต้องได้นั่งเก้าอี้ทุกเช้า
ปลาเป็นพุดเดิ้ลตัวเมียอายุเจ็ดขวบกว่าแล้ว ทุกเช้าเธอจะเดินไปที่เก้าอี้ตัวโปรดหน้าโต๊ะกินข้าว แล้วก็นั่งรอ ใครจะลุกไปไหนก็ต้องลุกออกจากเก้าอี้ให้เธอก่อน ไม่งั้นเธอจะส่งเสียงครางจนเราต้องยอมแพ้
บ่ายๆ พอฝนตกเธอก็จะเดินไปที่ประตูหน้าบ้าน ยืนมองลานจอดรถแล้วส่ายหัวเหมือนคนบ่น ทำให้หนูหัวเราะทุกที ถ้าหนูวางตุ๊กตาไว้บนพื้น เธอจะคาบไปวางไว้ข้างเก้าอี้แล้วนอนกอดอยู่ทั้งบ่าย
เพื่อนบ้านบอกว่าพุดเดิ้ลฉลาดมาก หนูว่าปลาก็แค่รู้ว่าจะขอของจากใครยังไงให้ได้ผลเท่านั้นแหละค่ะ

Our poodle did the exact same thing with her favorite chair, so I know that stubborn look all too well. Once they claim a spot, nobody else gets a say in it.

Ploy would do the same thing with the sofa cushion if we let her. The moaning until you give up is so real, we lose that argument almost every day.

A low pet bed from a shop near the market helped our dog settle in the mornings a lot. Maybe try something like that by the window so she can keep watching the rain without blocking the door.
