road trip with baht, hua hin edition

We drove to Hua Hin last month with Baht, she is corgi, three years old. Its 4 hours and she was so so nervous at first. She keep jumping from seat to seat, very annoying lol. What I pack now: her own blanket that smell like home, bowl that fold, and a seatbelt harness for dogs. The harness is must, I learn it the hard way when I brake and she fly into the front seat. Thank god she was ok. Water, lot of water. Corgi get hot very fast, and in the car with aircon also get warm if sun is hit the window. I put a sunshade on back window and bring frozen water bottle in a towel. Snack small bag. Not big bag, otherwise she eat all in the car. Also poop bag, many many. And wet wipes for feet, because after the beach she is a mess. Stop every 1.5 hours to walk around. Let her pee even if she says no. Dont feed her a big lunch before, she get car sick and vomit on my new bag. Very sad.
